As we work to implement this plan, we have engaged ICS, a strategic consulting firm to help guide our District through this process on the following items:

• Demographic analysis: how many students we are projected to have in the future

• Stakeholder listening sessions: meetings with internal District groups and community members to gain feedback about the District and its facility-related needs and wants

• Building utilization: an analysis of our existing facilities to determine our capacities

• Facility assessment: a review of our existing facility and maintenance needs

• Educational adequacy assessment: looking at our existing spaces and comparing them to the Minnesota Department of Education guidelines
